Industrial Air Pollution Control Equipment
IAC designs and manufactures complete air pollution control systems that help industrial plants achieve regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and sustainable performance. Our portfolio includes pulse-jet and reverse air baghouses, cartridge and bin vent dust collectors, cyclones, and dry sorbent injection (DSI) systems for SO₂, NOₓ, and acid gas mitigation. Whether integrated into a new facility or retrofit to existing operations, IAC’s equipment is built for long service life and high-efficiency particulate capture across all industries.
As a trusted EPC contractor and original equipment manufacturer, IAC delivers engineered APC solutions for industries including cement, steel, biomass, and food processing. With more than 7,500 baghouses in service worldwide and decades of hands-on experience, we design, fabricate, and install custom systems that meet stringent emissions standards while improving operational reliability.
By managing every phase in-house, from engineering and fabrication to installation and service, IAC provides single-source accountability for solutions that are compliance-ready, dependable, and built for long-term performance.

Why Air Pollution Control Matters
Industrial processes generate airborne particulates, gases, and vapors that, if left untreated, can harm worker health, damage equipment, and place facilities at risk of noncompliance with environmental regulations. Air Pollution Control (APC) systems serve as the frontline defense, capturing and removing contaminants before they are released into the atmosphere.
Effective air pollution control goes beyond regulatory compliance. It protects your people, your equipment, and your reputation. The right APC system delivers value on multiple fronts:
Industrial emissions are closely monitored by agencies such as the EPA and OSHA in the United States, as well as international bodies. Noncompliance can lead to costly fines, forced shutdowns, and long-term reputational damage. IAC designs systems to meet or exceed applicable standards, with the documentation and performance data you need for audits and inspections.
By capturing harmful particulates and gases before they enter the workspace, APC systems reduce employee exposure to hazardous materials—improving air quality inside the facility and helping maintain a safe, compliant work environment.
Clean air systems protect sensitive components from dust and corrosive gases, extending the lifespan of equipment and reducing unscheduled downtime. Optimized airflow and filtration improve overall process performance and help maintain consistent product quality.
Many of our clients are aligning operations with sustainability targets. IAC’s solutions help lower emissions, recover valuable byproducts, and support environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals without sacrificing throughput.
With more than 37 years of experience delivering turnkey APC systems for industries from cement and mining to biomass and battery manufacturing, IAC provides a proven path to cleaner air, safer workplaces, and sustained compliance.

IAC’s APC Solutions
Every industrial operation faces unique air quality challenges. IAC engineers, fabricates, and installs a full range of air pollution control equipment to match specific process conditions, emission limits, and operational goals. From high-capacity baghouses to precision sorbent injection systems, our equipment is custom-engineered, field-proven, and compliance-ready.
Baghouse Systems for Industrial Dust Collection
IAC is one of the world’s leading baghouse manufacturers, with over 7,500 units operating in diverse industrial environments. Our designs include pulse-jet, reverse air, and modular configurations built for efficiency, durability, and ease of maintenance. Systems are engineered to handle process dust loads from a few hundred to several million cubic feet per minute while maintaining stable pressure drop and long filter life.
Available in mild or stainless steel, high-temperature, and top or bottom load configurations, IAC baghouses are tailored to each plant’s application and performance requirements. We also offer rebuilds, conversions, and upgrades to extend service life and improve compliance with modern emissions standards.
Cartridge, Bin Vent, and Cyclone Dust Collectors
In addition to full-scale process baghouses, IAC supplies compact and specialized dust collectors designed for targeted control applications. Cartridge collectors provide high-efficiency filtration for fine particulates and lower air volumes. Bin vents and filter receivers manage dust at storage silos, hoppers, and transfer points, while cyclone collectors remove coarse or abrasive material ahead of downstream filtration.
These systems can operate independently or as part of larger air pollution control networks. Each is engineered for low maintenance, reliable airflow, and integration with plant conveying or storage systems.
Dry Sorbent Injection and Gas Stream Conditioning
For plants managing acid gas emissions, IAC provides integrated dry sorbent injection (DSI) and gas stream conditioning systems. These systems remove SO₂, SO₃, HCl, and HF from process exhausts, helping facilities maintain reliable air quality compliance. Each design is tailored to the plant’s operating conditions, fuel type, and particulate control method to achieve maximum removal efficiency with minimal sorbent use.
IAC’s experience includes systems using sodium bicarbonate, trona, and hydrated lime, as well as semi-dry scrubbers and spray dryer absorbers. Our engineers apply computational fluid dynamics (CFD) modeling to optimize injection points and gas flow, ensuring even distribution and predictable results.
Pairing DSI systems with IAC’s baghouses or other filtration equipment creates a complete solution for particulate and gas-phase pollution control. Learn more about related technologies on the Dry Sorbent Inject Dry Sorbent Injection Systems page.
Flexible Project Delivery: From Equipment Supply to Full EPC Execution
Every air pollution control project is different. Some facilities need a single baghouse or DSI system; others require complete turnkey design and installation. IAC’s integrated capabilities make it easy to scale our involvement to your needs.
For customers who purchase equipment only, we provide engineering support, fabrication, and documentation for seamless integration with existing systems. When installation or commissioning is required, IAC’s field service teams deliver expert setup and performance verification.
For large-scale projects, our full EPC model brings everything together. IAC manages engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and startup under one roof, ensuring efficient coordination, cost control, and reliable compliance performance.
This flexible approach gives customers the freedom to engage IAC as an OEM, a construction partner, or a complete turnkey provider—always backed by the same engineering quality and accountability.
