Preventive Maintenance and Inspections
Regular inspections and maintenance are essential to keeping baghouse systems operating safely and efficiently. IAC’s field service teams perform detailed evaluations to identify wear, inefficiencies, and potential compliance issues before they affect production.
Each visit includes a full system review covering housing condition, filter integrity, pulse cleaning performance, and airflow balance. Precision leak testing and clear documentation provide the insight needed to plan proactive service intervals that extend filter life, reduce downtime, and maintain consistent emissions control.
Scheduled quarterly or annual programs can be tailored to plant operating schedules and regulatory requirements, helping your facility maintain continuous, trouble-free performance.
Emergency and Rapid Response Services
Unexpected equipment failures can bring production to a standstill. IAC’s emergency response teams are available around the clock to restore operations quickly and safely. With experienced technicians and fully equipped service trucks, our crews respond to plant emergencies anywhere in the country.
Each team is trained to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and filtration issues on all major baghouse brands. From critical part replacements to temporary system stabilization, we focus on minimizing downtime and protecting your plant’s environmental compliance.

Filter Bag Change-Outs and Component Replacements
Efficient filter replacement is critical to maintaining baghouse performance and preventing unplanned downtime. IAC’s trained technicians perform precise bag change-outs for all major baghouse brands and models using safe confined-space procedures and strict quality controls.
During each service, our teams inspect cages, clamps, gaskets, valves, and timers to ensure complete system integrity. Worn components are replaced with OEM-quality parts from IAC’s extensive inventory, and all used filters and materials are properly disposed of to meet environmental and safety standards.
Every change-out is documented for maintenance tracking and compliance reporting, giving operators a clear record of system condition and service history.
Baghouse Repairs, Conversions, and Upgrades
When system performance begins to decline, IAC provides repair and upgrade services that restore efficiency and extend equipment life. Our field technicians and engineers handle everything from structural repairs and component replacements to full baghouse rebuilds.
Older systems can be modernized through conversion of reverse-air or shaker designs into high-efficiency pulse jet systems. These upgrades improve airflow, reduce pressure drop, and lower energy consumption.
IAC also offers integration with Smart Plant monitoring systems to track baghouse performance in real time and support predictive maintenance programs. This combination of mechanical expertise and data insight helps operators maintain consistent compliance and reliability.
System Evaluations and Performance Optimization
IAC’s system evaluations provide a clear picture of how your dust collection equipment is performing and where efficiency can be improved. Our specialists measure airflow, pressure loss, and particulate capture rates to pinpoint the causes of reduced performance or rising operating costs.
The evaluation process includes duct and pickup point analysis, fan performance checks, and inspection of filter cleaning systems. Based on these findings, we deliver actionable recommendations to correct airflow imbalances, reduce emissions, and improve energy efficiency.
With each assessment, IAC provides detailed reports that help maintenance teams plan improvements and track measurable gains in system reliability and production output.
Onsite Training Programs

Well-trained personnel are key to safe, efficient baghouse operation. IAC offers customized onsite training programs designed to build confidence and technical understanding among plant maintenance and operations teams.
Our seminars cover the fundamentals of dust collection systems, proper filter installation and replacement, troubleshooting techniques, and maintenance scheduling for compliance and uptime. Training is led by experienced IAC engineers and field service professionals who tailor each session to the specific equipment and conditions at your facility.
Courses are available in English and Spanish to support diverse workforces and ensure clear communication across teams. Participants gain practical skills that improve system reliability, reduce emissions, and lower long-term maintenance costs.

IAC STAINLESS STEEL BAGHOUSEWASTE REPLACMENT FOR A WASTE-TO-ENERGY PLANT – 2017
IAC contracted with a Waste-to-Energy facility adjacent to a US Army Arsenal to remove and install 12 baghouse modules. The facility processes 690 tons of solid waste and sewage sludge per day, producing energy for the arsenal’s heating and air conditioning needs. The facility opened in 1990 and when it was determined that the original two baghouses needed to be replaced, IAC was awarded an EPC contract in April, 2017 to design, supply and install the new baghouses.
Single Pass Separator Project
IAC was awarded a $50 million EPC contract to supply a variety of systems at the Drake Cement, Greenfield, Arizona Plant.
The install included silos, clinker handling, conveyors, waste product silo and additional fugitive collection systems for each.
This project required construction trades on site for over a five year period. The project incorporates $20 million EPC contract for a High Efficiency Separator.
