Since 2012, IAC has executed multiple EPC projects for Drake Cement’s production facility in Paulden, Arizona. These efforts have supported plant expansion, improved dust collection, and ensured compliance with stringent environmental standards.

Key Project Components

  • 44 custom-designed baghouses throughout the facility
    • Process baghouses
    • Nuisance baghouses
  • 1,000 metric tons of structural steel installed for infrastructure upgrades
  • Air-to-air heat exchanger supplied and installed
  • 18,000 metric tons of bulk storage and loadouts
    • Silos, pneumatic conveying, material handling, scales, and fugitive dust collectors
  • Controls, MCC, and HMI systems for process integration
  • 193-foot material conveying system with controls (latest expansion)
  • Mechanical and electrical construction across all phases

Results Delivered

Through phased projects, IAC has strengthened Drake Cement’s operations with advanced emissions control, added storage and conveying capacity, and optimized plant efficiency.
