Precision Monitoring & Reliable Operation
Optimize your dust collection system with our full range of baghouse control components, including precision instrumentation, differential pressure gauges, bin level indicators, intelligent timer boards, and high-performance diaphragm valves. These products work together to ensure accurate monitoring, efficient cleaning cycles, and reliable operation, helping you maintain compliance, reduce downtime, and extend filter life.
Why Baghouse Controls Matter
In an industrial dust collection system, precise control isn’t just a convenience, it’s the key to consistent performance, compliance, and cost control. Baghouse controls regulate cleaning cycles, monitor pressure drops, and trigger maintenance alerts, ensuring your system operates at peak efficiency.
Without the right instrumentation and automation, baghouses can experience irregular cleaning, premature filter wear, and unplanned downtime. This leads to higher operating costs, increased emissions, and potential regulatory fines.
IAC’s control solutions from intelligent timer boards and PLC-based automation to pressure gauges, bin level indicators, and diaphragm valves are engineered for accuracy and reliability in demanding environments. By optimizing airflow and cleaning sequences, these systems:
- Maintain consistent differential pressure to protect filter media
- Reduce compressed air consumption and energy use
- Extend filter life, lowering replacement costs
- Help you meet strict EPA and OSHA emissions requirements
- Provide real-time data for proactive maintenance and troubleshooting
Well-designed controls turn your baghouse from a passive dust collector into an active, self-optimizing system — safeguarding both production uptime and environmental compliance

IAC STAINLESS STEEL BAGHOUSEWASTE REPLACMENT FOR A WASTE-TO-ENERGY PLANT – 2017
IAC contracted with a Waste-to-Energy facility adjacent to a US Army Arsenal to remove and install 12 baghouse modules. The facility processes 690 tons of solid waste and sewage sludge per day, producing energy for the arsenal’s heating and air conditioning needs. The facility opened in 1990 and when it was determined that the original two baghouses needed to be replaced, IAC was awarded an EPC contract in April, 2017 to design, supply and install the new baghouses.
Single Pass Separator Project
IAC was awarded a $50 million EPC contract to supply a variety of systems at the Drake Cement, Greenfield, Arizona Plant.
The install included silos, clinker handling, conveyors, waste product silo and additional fugitive collection systems for each.
This project required construction trades on site for over a five year period. The project incorporates $20 million EPC contract for a High Efficiency Separator.
