Trusted Partner to the Cement Industry
Cement plants operate under demanding conditions that require reliable air pollution control, efficient material handling, and rugged conveying systems. IAC supports cement producers with engineered systems that improve throughput, reduce emissions, and stabilize daily operations. Our teams design, fabricate, and install equipment that performs across every stage of production, from raw material preparation to clinker handling and finish grinding.
As a vertically integrated EPC contractor and OEM, we deliver solutions that fit the specific needs of cement facilities and support fast-track upgrades during planned outages. Whether you need a new process baghouse, a modernized conveying system, or full terminal expansion, IAC provides the technical depth and execution capability to move your operation forward.

Industry Challenges
Cement manufacturing places significant stress on equipment, environmental systems, and material flow. Plants must manage heavy dust loads, abrasive materials, and high-temperature processes while staying compliant with strict emissions limits. These demands create operational challenges that require engineered solutions built for durability and performance.
Producers must meet tight PM, SO₂, and HCl limits under EPA Portland Cement NESHAP standards. Aging dust collection systems often struggle to maintain consistent compliance, especially during raw mill on/off cycles.
Kiln, clinker cooler, and mill operations generate large volumes of abrasive particulate. This dust accelerates wear in ducts, collectors, and conveying equipment, reducing system efficiency and driving up maintenance cycles.
Unplanned downtime linked to baghouse failures, fan performance issues, or material handling bottlenecks disrupts production rates and impacts fuel efficiency. Plants often need upgrades during short outage windows and require partners who can mobilize quickly.
Many facilities still rely on older ESPs, outdated reverse air units, or undersized mechanical conveying systems. Replacing or rebuilding these components while maintaining plant continuity demands tight project coordination.
Clinker, additives, and raw materials must move cleanly and efficiently through storage, transfer, and grinding processes. Inefficient conveying systems and dust control at transfer points create operational bottlenecks.
