IAC High Temperature Baghouses

High Temperature Baghouse Dust Collectors are fitted with specialized filters designed to handle the extreme temperatures associated with many industrial processes.

These specialized baghouses and filters are used in applications that require a high degree of temperature resistance and filtration capability, such as power plants, metal smelting, and cement plants.

Filter Media for High Temperature Baghouses

High Temperature Baghouse Filters are designed to operate continuously at temperatures ranging from 275 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit (135 to 360 Celsius). This range ensures that the filter is durable enough to handle the highest temperatures, while still providing a high level of filtration. They are usually constructed from Aramid fiber, Fiberglass, or PTFE membrane, which are highly resistant to temperature fluctuations. The filter material used is designed to trap particles of different sizes, ranging from 0.5 microns to 10 microns in size. This eliminates dust and other contaminants from the air, while allowing the air to pass through the filter.

High Temperature Baghouse Designs

IAC’s High Temperature Baghouses are insulated and treated with specialized coatings. They can be fitted with various accessories, such as explosion vents, spark suppression systems, and broken bag detectors. Additionally, the baghouse’s MCC, cleaning system, and access doors are customized to meet the specific needs of each application, allowing for a more efficient and effective operation.

High Temperature Baghouses are one of the most reliable and effective pieces of filtration equipment available, as they are capable of withstanding even the harshest of industrial processes. As such, they are a perfect solution for many different types of industrial applications.
