Using advanced tools and airflow diagnostics, IAC conducts system performance audits to identify bottlenecks, heat loss, and mechanical wear before they impact production. Reports include actionable recommendations and long-term maintenance planning.
Parts, Components & Emergency Support
With a regional parts inventory stocked for high-demand baghouse and dryer components, IAC can mobilize quickly to restore uptime. Our 24/7 emergency crews are on call for critical plant repairs, backed by more than 55,000 OEM parts available through IAC’s national network
Regional Impact & Customer Value
The Permian Basin remains one of the most active regions for frac sand processing and transload operations in North America, where every hour of downtime directly affects production targets and profitability. IAC’s Monahans Service Center was established to solve this challenge head-on.
By placing trained technicians, stocked parts, and diagnostic equipment close to regional plants, IAC reduces mobilization time, travel cost, and service response delays. The result: faster turnarounds, fewer shutdowns, and a measurable improvement in uptime reliability.
Beyond reactive repair, IAC’s field engineers deliver proactive value through system optimization, training, and predictive maintenance planning. Our approach integrates data-driven inspection reports and process evaluations to help operators anticipate performance losses before they occur.
With decades of EPC and plant commissioning experience, IAC not only maintains equipment we understand how each system contributes to total plant throughput and compliance. This insight enables our Monahans team to support operations with long-term reliability and reduced total cost of ownership across the plant lifecycle.

IAC STAINLESS STEEL BAGHOUSEWASTE REPLACMENT FOR A WASTE-TO-ENERGY PLANT – 2017
IAC contracted with a Waste-to-Energy facility adjacent to a US Army Arsenal to remove and install 12 baghouse modules. The facility processes 690 tons of solid waste and sewage sludge per day, producing energy for the arsenal’s heating and air conditioning needs. The facility opened in 1990 and when it was determined that the original two baghouses needed to be replaced, IAC was awarded an EPC contract in April, 2017 to design, supply and install the new baghouses.
Single Pass Separator Project
IAC was awarded a $50 million EPC contract to supply a variety of systems at the Drake Cement, Greenfield, Arizona Plant.
The install included silos, clinker handling, conveyors, waste product silo and additional fugitive collection systems for each.
This project required construction trades on site for over a five year period. The project incorporates $20 million EPC contract for a High Efficiency Separator.
