One Partner. Every Phase.
IAC is a mid-market industrial EPC contractor delivering fully integrated project execution for industrial processing and air pollution control systems. As both an OEM manufacturer and EPC contractor, we oversee every phase of the lifecycle, including design and engineering, fabrication, construction, installation, and commissioning, within a single, unified organization. IAC supports projects from $500K to $200M+, serving mid-market industrial clients who need the capabilities of a major EPC firm without the overhead. Our vertically integrated model eliminates handoffs and delays, reduces miscommunication, and strengthens accountability across all disciplines. With in-house engineering, a 500,000-sq-ft fabrication facility, disciplined project management, and self-performed construction, IAC brings the speed, quality, and cost control required in today’s industrial markets.Through our proven fast-track EPC approach, we accelerate delivery while maintaining uncompromising safety, quality, and compliance standards. Clients gain a streamlined path to operational readiness, supported by clear communication, predictable execution, and a partner committed to meeting project goals on schedule.Whether building a new greenfield facility or expanding existing operations, IAC provides single-source responsibility that minimizes risk and maximizes performance—turning complex industrial projects into reliable, production-ready assets.
IAC delivers true turnkey EPC performance through complete vertical integration. Every critical function, including engineering, OEM equipment design, fabrication, construction, and commissioning, is managed by IAC and our wholly owned subsidiary Adelphi Construction LC. This unified structure provides the control and accountability that drive successful fast-track project execution.
Unlike EPC contractors that subcontract field construction to third parties, IAC self-performs civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical construction through Adelphi Construction LC. One organization controls schedule, safety, and quality from the first engineering drawing through final commissioning. No subcontractor markups, no handoff gaps between the design team and the crew in the field, and full accountability across the entire project scope. Our team of more than 250 employees, including 50+ engineers across structural, civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines, ensures that each system is designed and built with precision. Projects are supported by a 500,000-square-foot fabrication facility, advanced 3D modeling tools, and a robust project management platform, and client-specific reporting systems.Because all disciplines operate within one organization, decisions move quickly, and communication stays clear. IAC maintains full visibility from design through startup, allowing for early issue resolution, fewer change orders, and stronger cost and schedule control. The result is a dependable EPC process that reduces risk and helps clients achieve operational readiness on time and within budget.
Most EPC contractors procure equipment from third-party manufacturers, then coordinate delivery, installation, and performance guarantees across separate organizations. IAC designs and manufactures its own industrial equipment, including baghouses, thermal processing systems, and material handling systems, and builds that equipment into EPC project scope. The engineering team that designed the equipment is the same team overseeing installation. This eliminates spec translation errors, reduces procurement lead times, and means IAC can guarantee system performance as a single accountable party rather than pointing to a separate equipment manufacturer when problems arise.
IAC’s EPC process is built on precision planning and seamless execution. By integrating engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and commissioning under one organization, we deliver consistent quality, reduced downtime, and predictable outcomes for every project.
Our in-house engineers apply decades of multi-industry experience to develop efficient, compliant, and cost-effective solutions. Using advanced 3D modeling, CFD analysis, and laser scanning, we ensure every system is optimized before construction begins.
