Ceramic Tile Back Elbows have cast ceramic tile on outside wear radius with ceramic compound between cast tiles and outside radius of elbow.
Mortar Filled Flatback Elbows have mortar/material filled between the outside radius of the elbow and an external steel plate. The material used to fill is based on your application.

Induction Hardened Wear Elbowsare process treated so that the inner surfaces of the wear pipe are hardened to 600 Brinell (BHN) or 55-65 Rockwell (HRC).
